A pair of filial sisters followed me to Thailand to seek Four Face Buddha's blessings for their parents health.
When we reached Erawan shrine, I asked them, " What would you like to ask ? What are you seeking for ? "
The older sister said, " Teacher, not too long ago, my dad suddenly lost his consciousness. Fortunately, he was fine because my aunty immediately called for the ambulance. I wonder how is his condition ? "
Four Face Buddha said, " Your family prays to Wang Yeh and you have an altar with a flag that is dedicated to him. "
The older sister said, " Yes, our family prays to Wang Yeh. It's a flag that my grandfather took back many years ago . "
Four Face Buddha said, " Your family's Wang Yeh said that fortunately your dad's girlfriend sent him to hospital in time otherwise he would be in a vegetative state. "
The older sister was astonished and said, " Yes, my dad's girlfriend realised that things weren't right when she was unable to wake him up. She then immediately called the ambulance and sent him to the hospital. The doctor said that fortunately he came in time or else he would be paralyzed. "
Four Face Buddha said, " Your Wang Yeh said that your kind actions of accepting your aunty back then has been rewarded. You all did not discriminate her although she was your dad's mistress and considering the fact that she destroyed your family. "
The younger sister said, " We are unable to forgive her for breaking my parents' marriage and destroying our family, But whatever it is, she is the person that my dad loves and she has indeed taken good care of him for the past ten over years, It wouldn't be right if we do not acknowledge her !
Four Face Buddha said, " Heaven has rewarded you for the kind intention that you had back then and is this aunty that eventually saved your dad's life. There's cause and effect in whatever we do in life. "
That's right ! Good deeds and good intentions harvest good returns. Doing good deeds can bring positive effect, it is beneficial as it can bring significant and unexpected results in your life because you reap what you sow.
